Activity 4 - Lines

Activity 4- produce a variety of shots that utilise different types of lines for composition.

This photo is of a train ride, I really liked the line because it isn't straight. This image I had to get on the ground so it looked like I was a the same height as the road. I really like this image because you can see the distinctive line, with pattern on each side.

I also liked this photograph because of the way the angle of the photograph has gone, it looks like I'm looking down. With this photograph I wanted the sharpness of the screw which looks like a line, I really like how the angle reflects the light. I used a slow shutter speed but a high appetiser to get the contract of the light f the image.
I love this image of a grid, it's a day to day thing that people see, but I think the angles says it all, it makes it look really sureal, The lines in this photograph are on the grid. But because of the angle they are on a slant. For this image I used a normal shutter speed because it's in natural lighting, but I used a F4 on the appetiser.
This image is of a gate on the side of a funfair ride. I really like how the lighting has caught this, and the sharpness of the poles, and how blur the background is. With this image I had a bit of trouble because I was trying to work how the shutter speed and the appetiser, so it look me a couple of goes before I got the right image.
